***For some reason it is not allowing you to choose a date and time prior to paying the deposit. So, as a work around, please enter your information and choose continue. After clicking continue it will prompt you for payment. If you close out of the payment screen and return to the new patient scheduling screen it will allow you to choose a date and time for you appointment. Then it will prompt you for the deposit.
