What can I expect my first visit?

We block out 60 minutes for your initial visit. Because of this we require a $100 deposit (which is refundable if you decide to cancel you appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time). We want to spend uninterrupted time with you. During this visit we gather information to determine IF, and HOW, we can best help. We begin by reviewing your intake paper work before you arrive at the office (so please fill it out to your best ability and return 24 hours before your appointment). During your initial visit we will review your health history, goals, & perform various testing. We may perform a Heart Sound Recording (HSR) or an INSiGHT neuro scan. The Heart Sound Recording recording shows the rate, rhythm, and tone of the heart. INSiGHT scanning technologies have been specifically designed to scan for stress reactions within your spine and nervous system.

Do you accept my insurance?

We DO NOT participate with insurance companies. We work direct for you. You may use your flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), credit card, check, cash, Bitcoin, or another prearranged payment. We will happily provide a receipt for services along with a super bill which you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Health is an investment in yourself. Depending on what is recommended you first visit is typically around $295.

What should I bring and will I be treated on my first visit?

Feel free to bring any relevant imaging (x-rays, CT-scans, MRIs), lab work, or notes from other providers. Anything you think may help your case. We can have you sign a records release and request this information on your behalf. Treatment will depend on your findings and IF you are a candidate for care at our office. We like to begin treatment on day one.

How do I know if I am a candidate for care at your office?

We want someone willing to learn, motivated to improve ones health, and willing to ask questions. If Dr. Paciorek does not think he can help you he will let you know. We do not waste your time or your resources! This being said we have helped newborns, expectant mothers, children, families, nonagenarians (90-99 year olds), Collegiate athletes, CrossFitters, moms, dads, grandparents, weekend warriors, marathoners, and everyone in between.

Can Dr. Paciorek order Imaging?

YES! Dr. Paciorek can order x-rays, MRIs, and CT-scans. In addition he can order blood laboratory testing, specialized food sensitivity testing, hair analysis, urine analysis, and much more. Dr. Paciorek has specialty laboratory panels specific for different needs.
